Have you ever wondered what all the different survey statuses mean? Take a look here to find out…
Completed – the survey has been deemed a successful complete by the survey provider, and the reward has been added to your piggybank. You’ll be able to see completed surveys in your “History”.
In Progress/Pending – the survey is still being processed and will be moved to your “Recently Finished” surveys section, with an updated status, after a while. If you’ve completed a survey, it can take up to 2 hours for the survey provider to process your survey – so don’t panic if your reward isn’t added to your piggybank straight away.
*If you complete a survey but come across an issue/error and don’t receive the reward, the survey may show as “In Progress”. If this happens, please email our Support team with the survey ID.
Declined – the survey provider has declined the survey and it hasn’t been deemed a successful complete. You can see the reasons why survey providers may decline a survey here.
*If you complete a survey but come across an issue/error and don’t receive the reward, the survey may show as “Declined” (even though you did complete it). If this happens, please email our Support team with the survey ID.
Unsuccessful – the survey was not deemed a successful complete by the survey provider, it was declined, but we (Qmee) gave you a bonus reward for taking part in the survey.
Where can I find the survey ID?
Due to the amount of surveys you’re sent by the survey providers, it’s possible that once in a while, you may come across one that has an error with it. This is completely normal in survey land so don’t worry, just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to help. In order for us to do this, we’ll need to know the survey ID number – as the surveys are not ours (and we work with a large number of survey providers) we need to know the survey ID to be able to find the correct one on your Qmee account…
All of the surveys you take (no matter what the status is) are shown in your Recently Finished surveys section, along with the time you started them. Every survey you take shows an image, a category, a reward and the ID number.
